I tried clearing the cache and the issue is still there. I also tried to test it on another site and got the same issue, you can see it here – https://arendelle.deothemes.com/

I checked your page and I could see that your website isn’t including the assets files of our plugin but loading them through autoptimize merging them with other plugin and theme CSS and JS as you can see in this screenshot. This may affect on our JS functionality and giving the wrong values to center the pop-up.

I suggest to check in a staging site if disabling this cache plugin makes any change, in which case I suggest if you plugin offers the option to exclude our plugin files.

pro-tip; you can generally disable Autoptimize on a per-request basis by adding ?ao_noptirocket=1 to the URL.

if the problem is not there at that point, some autoptimize (re-)configuration might be needed to fix this. there are troubleshooting tips and info on how to exclude in the AO FAQ.

I disabled Autoptimize and the issue is still here.

Please, try adding the following CSS in Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS:

.yith-wcqv-main {
    margin-top: -30%;
}
