I set up a custom template for the double opt-in mail.
After sending the form, I receive the email based on the template, but after clicking the link I land on a 404-errorpage “SendinBlue email error”.

Error message: "build-verify URL: build UrlParams: build-verify URL: cleanURL: invalid URL: host missing"

What is the correct way to create a custom double-optin template in combination with the wordpress plugin?

    Hello @rschrein

Thanks for reaching out. Please see: https://help.sendinblue.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019540880

Make sure to include the 2 mandatory elements: the tag optin in the template settings & {{ doubleoptin }} within the body , otherwise the template won’t work for Double opt-in confirmation.

Is the error message you report while using a custom redirection page after clicking within the mail? If so, this page must be hosted on your website.

Please let me know how you get on.

    Hi @Sarah823,

I missed the tag optin in the settings. So error on my side.
Thank you for the feedback and the needed hint.
