New Webinars Not Showing Consistently

I created a couple of new webinars yesterday in GoTo called “NEW! Industry Insights,” cleared the cache, and they showed up for me perfectly… but unfortunately, no one else sees them on the page but me unless they’re logged in to our site, which is odd since this is on a public-facing page that’s not behind the login. I’ve asked everyone to clear their browser cache, but it doesn’t help. Any thoughts as to why this is happening? There is a 301 redirect on the page.
