    Thanks for your advice

    Performed following steps

    On cPanel
    File Manager
    create folder – public_html/asia.tours-video.com

    Again on cPanel
    WordPress Manager by Softaculous
    -> Install
    select Quick Install
    -> Install

    Installation went through

    But on cPanel -> File Manager
    public_html/asia.tours-video.com folder is empty

    It is installed on public_html
    wp-admin
    wp-content
    wp-include

    Please advise. Thanks

    Hi all,

    Problem solved by HostGator Support. I’m subscribing Share-Hosting on HostGator.

    Before HostGator changes a new cPanel, several days ago. It was very simple to install/create a new WP website. Just click -> WordPress Manager by Softaculous -> Install, selecting the new website URL, say aaa.domain.com. Done

    The website will be installed on public_html/aaa. “aaa” is the folder for the new website, created automatically. After HostGator changed a new cPanel, the core files of the new website will be installed on root.

    I contacted the Technical Support of HostGator and they reconfigured the new cPanel. Now a new folder “aaa.domain.com” will be created automatically and install all core files of the new website on the folder, not on root. The name of the folder is the URL “aaa.domain.com” not only “aaa” as in the past.

    I learned other problems on another hosting company in the past after they changed the cPanel. This is the disadvantage subscribing Shared-Hosting. Subscribers are only allowed using the software on cPanel, installed by the hosting company. Subscribers are NOT allowed making change on the cPanel

    Regards
