New Widget Has Previously Used Title & Attributes

I currently have 13 dynamic widgets. Each contains content that appears on its own specific page. I have had no problem producing them. Now I want a new dynamic widget and each time I slide the Text widget to the area, it show me it is already dynamic and using the attributes from a previously used widget. Do you have a limit to how many widgets I can use or is there something I can do to get around this?
