New window after clicking url in pop-up comments.

That is very annoying, I know.
Since target="_blank" isn’t valid anymore in XHTML, you need to right click the links to open them in a new window, and/or tell your visitors to do so.
Or you could screw the validation and add a target="_blank" attribute in your comment pop up page so that each web address linked to a name opens in a new window.

or use javascript in combination with rel attribute.
