new write and manage plugin

  • i’m pretty new in developing wordpress plugins. so i was just wondering if there’s a possibility (or even better an example or a tutorial) in order to add a new submenu and an according formula where i can define arbritary input fiels. of course there should be the possibility to edit all existing entries under ‘manage’

    I find the best way to learn is a combination of reading the WordPress Codex documentation (that moshu mentions), along with looking at the code from existing plugins.

    The code is open. Simply edit an existing plugin and see how they do it. Obviously pick a plugin that does what you want (ier create a new submenu in this case).
