Newbie help request for a theme

Apologies if this request is out of order or too basic…..

I am a total novice and want a blog theme that has the following:

1. Auto slider on main page header (preferably not have to link to a post but not a must)
2. Left and right side bars with latest posts in the middle

Any suggestions for a free WordPress theme? I’ve been looking for days/weeks and cant find such a theme.
