Newbie Question About Events

    I am trying to use Amelia to proviode a simple calendar for our tennis club so that members can see what is going on (I’ve attached link to our existing one)

    I thought I would be able to use Events, but they seem geared towards bookings and I do not need/want this. I just need to display event details – no bookings – can Amelia be used to do this?

    Also, if it can, is is possible to have a grid view of the events for, say, a month at a time?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Yes, this could be done, it’s just that you will have to configure it with the special setup based on the date of the event vs the date the event booking closes.

    I am guessing that you mean I need to set the date for bookings closing to be before the opening date and I have tried that. This shows the events OK, but each one has “1 slot left” – can I get rid of this as there are no slots…..I just want to display the event details?

    Also, I have managed to get a list view of events…..how do I get it to display a month-by-month grid view?
