(Newbie Question) Theme displaying incorrectly randomly

    Hello! I am very new at this and hoping I am just making a rookie mistake – but my zeever/glutenverse theme, when I check my website in the morning, often displays very wrong – like Kiddo’s first Geocities wrong.

    This happens on all my devices, after a few refreshes of the browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, have tried them all) it often corrects itself to look as it should.

    It wouldn’t be such a big deal but the point of the site is to be a portfolio and I have had a couple very embarrassing in person interactions where they pull up my website and it just looks…bad.

    I am fairly certain I must be doing something wrong. Here is my URL:

    Hello @jimothymartin,
    Can you provide us with your gutenverse system setting?

    If you are using any cache plugins, try clearing any caching plugins or server-side caching that may affect the loading of your CSS and JS files.

    Hi @putra1arya,

    From what I can tell, the gutenverse settings are all at their defaults – unless I am looking at the wrong setting page, can you confirm where that is? This is the page I am looking at:

    I purged my cache via WordPress and checked my plugins, none appear to have to do with the cache but again I could be ignorant, here is my plugins list:

    I saw a toggle in cache settings to do assets only, I’m not sure if that would help or not, but I did toggle it just to see what would happen. I appreciate your help and insight, thank you so much.

    Sorry I think I have a typo there what I mean is gutenverse system status.
    Has the issue been resolved?
    I checked your website from my device and it load normally.

    It looks like purging the cache and getting rid of some pesty plugins did the trick! Thank you for your help!
