Newbie to wordpress, getting 500 error

im not using vdeck,
first i did was modify my config.php through notepad, than uploaded to my webhost than try to run the install.php and getting error.

500’s are something you likely need to speak with your host about as they are server errors – not wordpress per se

I just fixed this issue and after install, i get login page,
when i tried to login im getting 403 access denied error, why is that??

even when i go /blog/ error 403 comes up but when i actually type the login /blog/wp-login.php page shows up until i put my admin password it error again.

This is a different issue from the 500 server error, so you might want to search for help on that error number and if you can’t find an answer, ask in a new forum post since it no longer applies to this issue.
