Newbie/Idiot ?: Broken Theme

  • I’m new to WP and slow-but-occasionally competent at CSS. Here’s something that’s got me stumped:

    The other night I deleted my theme with the intention of re-uploading & starting css edit from scratch. When I went to upload it, though, WP told me that there was an error & no CSS sheet was included with the upload. Now this is permanently at the bottom of my Manage Themes page:

    “The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.

    Name Description
    wp-theme-notepad-chaos Stylesheet is missing.”

    WP gives me no clickable option to go about fixing this. I’ve tried FTP’ing the CSS sheet via my webhost, but even that didn’t change anything.

    Anyone know what this is & how I might fix?
