    If someone cancels order today but orders tomorrow, does he still get a recovery email on the ‘third day’ for the abandoned order he made day1 ? I want to avoid scenario where i send a coupon after he orders.

    Hello @kattouf,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Once the order get completed plugin mark it as recovered then the plugin will never send the emails for that order.
    So for canceled orders plugin will not send the recovery emails.

    I just tested it and it shows 1 Recovered order. However no email was sent (its off). i just came back and completed the checkout. so technically it was not ‘recovered’ since i didn’t come through the email link.

    Just to confirm it collects the email as user types it in the email box on checkout.? or does he have to click submit to through to payment processor?

    Hello @kattouf,

    To match the order status of the Woocommerce and our plugin, when the user completes the abandoned order without opening an email, the plugin marks it as recovered.

    When customers enter the email field on the checkout page plugin captures the checkout data.

    It does not need to click on the submit button or got to the payment processor.

    You can export the Recoverable, Recovered orders separately.
