Newest post not appearing on blog

I wrote a new post using my account at wordpress.com. The dashboard said the post had been published but no new post appeared on my blog, https://blog.ingageconsulting.com/

Also, I received an email containing the post that did not appear on the blog. I did not want wordpress to send an email of the post.

I would appreciate any help.
