Newest post on external page

  • Okay guys, I have searched and searched and searched for the answer to this over the past few weeks and can’t find anything anywhere for it! I’d like to embed some of my blogs posts on my sit on the main pages.

    The structure of my site is currently…
    ./ for the main site
    ./blog/ for my blog

    I’d like to display maybe 80 words of the article on the homepage along with a link to read more if there is more. Also, below that, maybe links to the past 4 entries in the blog.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated, and I’d like to thank you all in advance for any help!!
