I am not able to report a ticket with Elementor about their software bug because I don’t have a Pro account. This is a bit disturbing..

Hopefully someone from Elementor will acknowledge this thread. In parallel I reached out to Xtemos to inform them of the issue so they can link up with Elementor to debug and fix this as well.

    Same problem here…

    Hi there,

    Thanks for contacting us.

I totally understand your concern and I hope you will understand that as we have no control over coding for third-party plugins nor themes,

If you have issue with our new version and third party theme, you can use our roll back version feature – https://elementor.com/help/rolling-back-to-a-previous-version-of-elementor/

Also , we highly recommend that you report this issue to the support team for this theme, so they may further troubleshoot and provide any recommendation (or possible fix) to resolve this issue.

Should they need any help from us, they can open an issue on our Github account and our developers will be happy to assist. https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues

    Kind regards,

    Hi! Thanks for reply.

    Roll back version dont worked.

I’ve already reported to support yesterday, chatted, sent screenshots, done tests and still couldn’t solve it. Sent the case to level 2 which you can’t access
by “temporary access”. The problem is with Elementor Pro, because with it disabled everything works normally.
