    Hi,

    I updated to the latest version on 12 Dec and I’ve been having a bunch of odd issues with my blog since just after that.

    I know I SHOULD revert to the default theme to see if the issue persist (already tried disabling all the plugins), but frankly I’m scared of breaking stuff if I do it.

    I noticed an error log in the theme directory dated at the time of the update, and thought I’d ask here to see if it’s anything important and/or fixable before I bit the bullet:

    [12-Dec-2019 17:54:29 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function get_header() in /public_html/wp-content/themes/olsen-light/404.php:1
    Stack trace:
    #0 {main}
    thrown in /public_html/wp-content/themes/olsen-light/404.php on line 1
    [12-Dec-2019 22:11:38 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function get_header() in /public_html/wp-content/themes/olsen-light/404.php:1
    Stack trace:

    Thanks

  • Hi there,
    please ignore this error or re-install the theme to revolve this. I am guessing your site works fine, but 404 page throws an error, mainly due to a plugin or broken update, Let me know if this worked for you.

    Thanks for that.

    404 pages seem to work okay: I’m having some other issues on my site. It seems they are unrelated.

    I appreciate your prompt response.
