    Hello,

I’m not quite sure what you mean. There might have been a mistake in updating the plugin’s database though (or a real bug which I didn’t encounter while testing).

When going to the General Settings of WP, is registration set to ‘Anyone can register’?

And when going to the Custom Login Page > Advanced Options, is the ‘Hide register link’ turned off?

If both is the case, actually you should be able to go to the registration form of the blog.

If that’s not possible, there’s a bug that I cannot reproduce in my testing environment.

    Greetings!

I am facing the same problem. URL says: wp-login.php?registration=disabled

Please help as soon as possible as we have been getting tons of emails from people unable to register. ??

This has been resolved. That is weird because all I did was delete the register page URL (wp-login.php?action=register) from the links, saved the delete, and then put the same URL right back in and saved. It took me over an hour to troubleshoot and that’s all that was needed.

Good to hear that you could solve the problem!

But I still am not sure whether I can follow. Do you mean the links in the menu settings? Or somewhere in a redirect rule of my plugin? Or in the widget?

pease advice how to revert back to older version my logo is not visibiling properly

Older versions, you should find here:

    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/custom-login-page/developers/

And for the rest, I’d say you should try to work with the logo container as well to get the layout right.

The width and height of the original logo has changed. That affects the plugin for a bit as well.

    >> It depends on where you put the links to the Registration form. I put mine on a menu item on a widget. So I had an item there that said “Sign up” and I just refreshed the link URL. But like I said, the link was originally “wp-login.php?action=register” so I deleted that. Saved. Waited a few seconds. And then put it back in. And then it worked fine. I’m sure the glitch happened when I updated. I guess the LINK just needed to be “refreshed.”

Thanks a lot for this answer. Now I have picture, where I can start looking for mistakes.

Unfortunately, I still don’t have an idea, how to solve the problem…

    Cheers!

First of all, sorry for long response. I totally forgot about this topic.
So the problem occurs on login page. Above the login fields like username, password etc there is a box that says “registration is currently disabled”. I’m still using the old version of the plugin (2.3) cause i really need the registration option. If you need some more info, just ask.

No prob. I wasn’t able to do something about it anyway. But I think, now I found the mistake and could eliminate it.
