Newletter not displaying from the top

    Hi there,

    The newsletter is not displaying from the top when received in gmail. It is showing only the last part of the newsletter. So the welcome message and the more important introductory messages are missed by the reader, which sort of defeats the purpose of the newsletter.

    Is this a known issue? How do we fix it?

    Is this happening on Gmail only?

    What about your other recipients? Can they read the message correctly ?

    Thanks, haven’t used newsletters for a bit. When I do again, if the issue is there again in a new newsletter, I will follow your recommendation and let you know.
