Hi Guys! I’m running into an issue where, for some reason, WordPress doesn’t render newly added images from the media library. But it successfully renders any image that I added, let’s say, a month ago. Please help. I tried turning off and on all the plugins and reinstalling WordPress, but none of this helped.

  • What do you mean by render? What exactly is the problem? In the backend or frontend or everywhere?

What exactly happens when you upload a new image?

Take a look under Tools > Site Health to see if any anomalies are mentioned there.

    A couple of questions:

    • have you cleared the browser cache?
    • are the images too large?

No anomalies during image upload, Site Health says Good, here a screenshot, as you can see after the heading which says Acoustic treatment should be an image, but for some reason I cannot see it. Tried to set width and height , didn’t help.

Images normally added in the media library and no, they are not to big, it’s like 2mb, no errors during upload. Cache was cleared and hard reloaded. Please check the link to the google drive image

In the screenshot you can see a CDN service for the URL of the image. You are probably using one of these via some plugin that you are using. Check this, there may be something wrong with the transmission of new images to the CDN.

It is a CDN problem, when I deactivate it, picture renders as it should. Any advice where to look on this issue? Or should I contact my CDN provider?

Contact the support of the plugin that integrates the CDN service. If they can’t solve this, look for another plugin that provides such a service. There are a few here: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/tags/cdn/

I figured it out, just needed to purge bunny.net cache. Thank you for your help!
