  • Hi Aryeh1,

Thank you for providing detailed information about your setup.I have a couple of questions for you:

    • Did you create the Membership Levels page, or did you let PMPro create the membership pages for you?
    • When creating levels, did you check off the box that says “Check to hide this level from the membership levels page and disable registration.”? This will remove a level from the Membership Levels page.
    • On your Membership Levels page, does the following shortcode exist: [pmpro_levels]? This shortcode is used to display the levels table.

    Thank You

Sorry, let me clarify. I never got to the point of setting up a page. When I try to add a new membership level, the new level with its ID, etc. is not listed in on PMP. Therefore, I’m unable to click on it anywhere or edit it, etc. On the tutorials I’ve seen, everytime someone adds a new membership level, that new level is listed and accessible right away on that same page. Also, I did uncheck the “Check to hide this level” box each time I tried to set up a new page, but I still had the same problem. I also don’t see the shortcode you listed.

    Thank you.

Aryeh1, I think there is an issue on Windows-hosted WAMP setups. I’ll try to replicate and get a fix out. If you want to look into it yourself, it often has to do with MySQL configuration. You might get some hints from your MySQL error log.

I checked MySQL error log, but I’m not sure what to look for. Thank you so much for looking into this for me!

Can you email me your MySQL error log ([email protected])?

I can’t reproduce on my WAMP setup.

I just had my domain transferred over to hostgator, and I am having the same problem with the levels that I set up not being listed under “membership levels” on PMP. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

    Aryeh1,

I can’t tell exactly what is going on. If you sign up for support at https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/pricing/ and then email me information to access your site (WP admin user/pass and FTP user/pass) I can login and see what is going on and will get things working for you on your host.

    Hi,

I have this issue too, but it seems to be an IE issue. The issue is not present in firefox. The host is a unix host, so I don’t believe it has to do with them.

    Hi All,

@mkpalumbo: Thanks for pointing out the issue was happening in IE.

The next minor version will contain a fix for this.

    Thank You

Your welcome. Do you have a sense of when that will come out? If it will be a while, is the change simple enough that you could post it for me to implement until then?

@mkpalumbo Jason just released 1.7.2.1 this morning. This version includes the fix for IE.

    Thank You
