newly added pages are not visible in main menu

If you go to Appearance → Menus and scroll down to the bottom, is the checkbox labeled Automatically add new top-level pages to this menu marked?

i try this already and it is marked.

Not sure what the problem would be, then. You’re talking about new pages and not new posts, correct? New posts won’t show up in the menu.

yup, i’m talking about pages. not about posts.

but the pages still doesnt display on my main menu

Are you able to manually add them to your main menu? That is, if you go to Appearance → Menus, can you add them from the Pages section? Also, did you pick a location for your menu by clicking the Manage Locations tab?

i am try to add manually but, cant add to main menu. and i didnt pick any location for menu. all the menus listed in footer. but not in header menu. if i delete any menu from my header menu there is no change. it still have the three items

OK, let’s go over the steps on how a menu is usually created:

1. Go to Appearance → Menus.
2. You should have created a new menu by clicking the create new menu link.
3. Once you create the new menu (let’s say you give it the name Main_Menu), you should be able to add pages to it by checking the pages in the Pages section and clicking the Add to Menu button.
4. Once you have your menu items in place, make sure the Auto add pages checkbox is marked.
5. You also need to select which Theme Location the menu will appear. You would do this by checking the box labeled Global Navigation.
6. Click the Save Menu button.

Now, hopefully your new custom menu will appear at the main navigation menu at the top.

i follow the steps. but not working. I’m using accelerate theme.
