Newly Created Links Are Lost When Saving List

We have been using the plugin for several days/weeks now and have created several lists with some having many dozens of links in each list.

We have recently been noticing that when we click update to save our lists that some of the new links we just added are lost.

For example, the other day we entered 5-6 new links in a list. We clicked update to save them and only one of them was actually saved. The others are just missing.

Has anyone else had this issue? Could anyone shed some light onto possible fixes?

We are starting to waste a lot of time by having to re-re-do work.
