News Letter, mailing list PLUGIN

  • Anyone know FREE best News Letter, mailing list which send newsletter to members,not its subscribers.

    it should take emails from sites wp_users,not from plugin database, most of them have its own subscribers; or import option from csv file.

    it should be unlimited members,

    and Simple build news letter.

    i tried many known and found none so far.

    Let me know if anyone knows.
