• Alright, first off just for reference, the site I’m talking about (owned by myself) is https://mxscrubs.sportsontheweb.net

Basically my question was, I use Word Press for my whole site (as you can see), and I was wondering if with the same Word Press I have uploaded already, if I can create the blog to be on two pages.

So basically have a blog on my Home page (like the recent news for the web site on the Home page) and then another [different] blog on my News page (to be used with motocross stuff). So basically all in my one site, be able to use Word Press as a blog on two different pages, my Home and the News page. I’m not sure if you can do this, or if what I’m saying makes sense, but if anyone has an idea on how to create the blog to be on another page as well, I’d appreciate the help! Thanks.

[Bump] No possible solutions for this?

I think that you would basically have to create/edit the theme you are using to accomplish this. I am doing the something similar on my comapany website that I just ported to WordPress.

I have a couple of special blog categories that only show up on certain pages and then a blog page that show all the other post categories. The best way that I found to do this is to use query_posts() along with the various conditional tags to set the categories to use in the queries.

I also use this technique to control the sidebar to show the various “special” category posts on different pages.

Alright, I see what your saying. With those special posts though, do they only show up on the pages you want them to show up on? For example, if you have a special post, it doesn’t show up on your regular blog page correct? Cause basically what I am looking for is trying to incorporate two different blogs on two different pages, Home and News pages. The home page will have blogs that deal with the website and etc., and the News page will have blogs that are about motocross, and those certain subjects. And I wasn’t sure if there was a way of doing that.

From poking around it seems that there are multiple ways of doing this. My suggestion is but one.
