News sitemap xml file empty in WP >= 4.3

This plugin stopped working after 4.3.1 update.

We tried to use in https://www.diariomotor.com in companion with “XML Sitemap Generator for WordPress” (for main xml sitemap) and the news sitemap is completely empty.

Until now we were using “Google News Sitemap Generator” but the xml template is not valid right now, Webmaster Tools shows several errors in the news sitemap processing.

Would be soon available the next version of your plugin, compatible up to WP 4.3?
