News Tickers NOT working with W3TC Minify “Auto” Mode

    Hi support,

    I LOVE this plugin, but I found it’s not working sometimes, and today I finally found the reason —- W3TC.

    I found that when I enable Minify in W3TC’s general settings and choose “Auto” in Minify Mode option —–Not Working

    But when I change the Minify Mode to “Manual” ——working.

    The same thing happened to DIVI Page builder. What’s wrong with the Auto Minify option?

    I have tested this quickly on my local setup, but did not have any issues when I tested the minifying (auto or manual).

    This issue is pretty tricky to resolve as there are a lot of variables involved. This includes other plugins, theme files, and other W3 settings. I don’t have a lot of advice besides running through this article https://metaphorcreations.ticksy.com/article/1483 to see if files or settings in another plugin is causing this to fail (I would disable DIVI Page Builder first and see if that is the root cause). Make sure to switch your theme to a default WP theme as well (for testing) like Twenty Twelve.

    After this, if you can’t narrow down the source you’ll have to test out different sub-settings of W3 to see if that makes any difference.

    Thanks for your quick response!

    I tested it with DIVI builder activated, with “Auto” in W3TC Minify, not working, but work with “Manual”.

    Currently I just keep “Manual”, will test it when I have time.
