Newsletter apparently sent but nothing in email

  • I registered myself on my own website, as a test ofc, to see if my newsletter subscription was working, i recieved the message telling me i would recieve and email confirming my subscription and i didn’t. After that i tried to creat a newsletter (i used a custom one, and didnt even edit it), sent it and the same thing happens. I dunno what the error might be, i tried it on my other blog and its working fine.

    Did you make a test from the diagnostic panel?

    yeah, didnt receive anything either

    And not errors are reported… so 100% your provider is dropping the emails you send. Have you already tried to open a support ticket?

    You hosting provider should have a support system, right? Try to ask them why your wordpress blog cannot send email to registered user. Do not mention a newsletter plugin, just ask why upon registration no email is sent to registered user, so they will check for that.
