• Hello All!
I have a non profit museum site that well i’m learning on and part of this fun is transitioning content from an old site into the nice shiny friendly wordpress side. Most information I can recreate in a more modern format and am slowly getting there. My current roadblock is how to show the old newsletters. They do contain good information about not only the museum but of the town, so I do need to have them in a search/readable format. On the old site they are all hyper links how would I best incorporate this concept into wordpress without it looking like the early 2000’s still have my lunch money…
Thank you for your time and suggestions!
    Tricia

  • Hi Tricia,
I’m curious what format are they in now? How many are you talking about? There are many ways this could be done so more information would help.

Off the top of my head, I like PDF’s for my old newsletters. I do have a page with links to each issue and PDFs are searchable.

If you have more details that might help with ideas.

On a side note, Dallas does have an active WordPress user community. I’m not sure how far you are from there but meeting with other users can help give you ideas also. https://www.meetup.com/dfwwordpress/
