Newsletter doesn’t save any changes

  • Hello guys!
    Help me please, this is so critical for me. The problem appeared only this week. I’m using this plug-in for a very long time (current version is 2.7.10).
    I’m trying to change an automatic newsletter (you know to add a personal touch every week) but any changes I made didn’t save. What’s wrong with it? I’ve done this many times.

    Update. The same with the new one – create new, push “next step”, then save, back to previous, and nothing ??

    I have almost identical problem. Cannot save newsletter changes. I’m using v2.7.10. Main WordPress version recently updated (automatically) by my managed service to v4.8, for which MailPoet seems not to be tested. Could this be the cause of the problem?

    Also experiencing difficulties getting daily automatic newsletter to send out emails, but I am a new user, and may need to be more persistent! But I wonder if this is a connected problem.
