Newsletter doesn’t work with Mailchimp Integration

    Hello,

    I open this topic because I have problems integrating Mailchimp with Hustle. Whenever I try to subscribe to the newsletter (either through popups or with the embed integration of the newsletter) I do not receive any subscription confirmation email or subscribe to my audience on Mailchimp. There is something wrong, but I can’t figure out what.

    Can you help me, please?

    Hi @maurimix,

    I wasn’t able to replicate the issue when I checked this on a test site, the confirmation email was received successfully. Please try re-integrating MailChimp with Hustle and check if that resolves the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please bring this to the notice of the Mailchimp support and check if they could provide an insight on this.

    So isn’t there a way to fix my problem? I have configured everything correctly but it doesn’t work, every time someone subscribes to my newsletter, nothing reaches the Mailchimp audience.

    I think I have to uninstall the plugin at this point and turn to something else, because your templates are really nice, but apparently they don’t work and so I don’t do anything if it’s nice but unfortunately not working.

    Thanks anyway, even if you haven’t found a solution to my problem.

    My problem was that Mailchimp’s MERGE fields did not match the fields entered on hustle (even as exact name) so just go to remove unnecessary ones from mailchimp and on hustle assign the same name as Mailchimp’s MERGE field.

    You can double check your Merge fields and make sure the Hustle fields will have the FNAME, LNAME names, https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/hustle/#mailchimp

    In case it still not working, can you please create a new topic and we can take a closer look?
