• Hi,

    I am having problems with our newsletter. It shows that it has been sent to all subscribers but I should receive one as a subscriber but doesn’t come thru. Also, on the list of newsletters sent, there are a bunch of addresses that are not legit. I have always cleaned those out. They are not on my subscriber list but they show up on newsletters being sent to.

    Would you please help me fix the issue?

    To be sure if the newsletter goes out, you can debug it: rather than the recipients, you can send all emails of a newsletter to the author or you can have them recorded into a log file. You can enable it in Newsletters → Settings → tab Newsletter.

    Sometimes there could be a general problem with mail function on your blog, not only with the plugin. So, double check if the emails sent by WP core (e.g. recovery password) and by other plugins go out properly.
    If emails can’t be sent, it could be caused by another plugin or a custom script or a general server issue.
