Newsletter form ‘Name’ field not captured

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am using the newsletter form of Orbit Fox to connect to Mailchimp.
    I had a successful connection to mailchimp using the correct API key and
    List ID.

    I only have 2 fields on the form, Name field and Email field.
    However, only the Email is captured by mailchimp audience and not the Name.

    I tried to link the map field to First Name as indicated by mailchimp contact list, but to no avail.

    Can you help me to identify the issue?
