Newsletter form shadow and close problem

Hi there @sudiptomahmud,

While there are options in the editor for the Form border, radius, etc, there’s not a setting for the shadow. However, perhaps you’ve added some Custom CSS? In the Custom CSS section of the Form editor, do you have any rules where you are adding a “box-shadow”?

Also, please explain more about what you mean by “The form is not showing well on all pages, posts” — is it not displaying on some pages/posts? Or not displaying the way you expect?

Please send over the URL to a page where we can take a look at how it’s displaying.
Also, if there are pages/posts where it’s not displaying, please send over the URL to some examples as well.

Meaning it’s not displaying at all?
Or it’s displaying, but something about the display is different from what you expect (i.e. style)?

Do you have multiple copies of the same slide-in form active? Checking through the styles on the form, I see when I move that form a bit, there’s another one underneath:

If so, please try deactivating the other copies.

For the box-shadow, you could customize how it’s showing with some CSS — something like this should work (you can change the color, thicknesses, etc):

div.mailpoet_form_slide_in {
  box-shadow: 0 3px 3px 0 blue;
}

Which Dark Mode are you referring to here? (i.e. which device/browser/etc)
