Newsletter Image Not Appearing

    hi there

    I’m trying to get a newsletter off the ground using Jet Pack. When I click the option “Enable featured image on your new post emails” in Newsletter Settings it doesn’t actually show an image when a new email is published

    any suggestions?

    Hi @kjrichmond, may I know which post isn’t showing the featured image in the email? Is it just the featured image that’s not showing or the other images as well?

    I gave it a test with the latest posts, the featured image displays when I check in my GMail.
    It makes me curious, how are you checking your email? If you’re using an email client, could you tell us which one?

    Hey @kjrichmond,

    Do you have updates about that? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
