    Hello Stefano,

    when I tried to update the Newsletter – Import plugin from
    1.3.5 to 1.3.7 I have this error message:

    C’è stato un errore durante l’aggiornamento di Newsletter – Import:?Pacchetto di aggiornamento non disponibile.

    Other plug-in updates are fine.

    Also, if I click thge link ”?Visualizza i dettagli della versione 1.3.7.” I get this message: “Plugin not found.”

    Hi, it seems a broken connection. Get it from your account page at https://www.thenewsletterplugin.com/account as a ZIP and upload it from your plugins page (add new and select to upload a zip).

    Let me know if that procedure works!

    Hello Stafano, I did it, and it work.

    But today I see a new update of “Stai utilizzando la versione 1.1.8. Aggiorna alla versione 1.1.9.” and still have the same problem: why? =)

    Probably your blog is not enabled to connect to an external server to download files. Again, you can update getting the zip file.

    I need to kindly ask you to move the thread to the https://www.thenewsletterplugin.com site since those packages are not part of the free Newsletter plugin hosted on WP.org and this forum is allowed only to support the plugin.

    Just to conclude our discussion here (we will see on your website). I’m able to update all my 35 plugins using the WordPress back-end. The only problem I have is with your plug-in.

    @scarpinoc but only with the advanced import (which is not a plugin provided by www.ads-software.com)?
