newsletter is not sent (or doesn't reach any of my subscribers)

thanks – but i’m still not able to reach my subscribers.

i verified that the sending method works and that there are no error messages. I’m getting a low Spam score (reason: “You are not allowed to use one of your sender email addresses” – not sure how to fix this…), but my newsletters used to work up until a month ago.

Any suggestions?
if I remove and add the plugin – will I be losing my previous newsletter and my subscribers list?

Is your FROM email address a Gmail or Google Apps email? Please use one with the same domain as your website.

If you could please paste here your Mail-Tester URL, it’ll help us see it better.

My sender/reply email is from my website domain (Email: [email protected] | website=www.photoblogTLV.co.il).

Wow, you definitely need to set up your new SPF record suggested by Mail Tester on your Domain’s DNS records. Here are some instructions on how to do it: https://www.mail-tester.com/spf/

I followed the instructions and now I have an 8.3 grade, but the newsletter is not sent (I tried sending it to Gmail and Outlook servers) and it doesn’t appear on the junk mail either.

Sending a preview works, sending to a mailing list doesn’t (scheduled or immediate). Any other suggestion?
