Newsletter is not sent when post is scheduled in WordPress

It sounds as if the cron job is not triggered or the task scheduler is not running correctly.

Could you please change your cron options? That can be done in MailPoet -> Settings -> Advanced, if you’re using the “visitor to your site”, change it to MailPoet’s own script and then try. Here’s more information about the task scheduler:

I have changed the settings and still a scheduled post does not send a newsletter as soon as it is published. Only after I saved the post again the newsletter is sent.
No errors are displayed in the system status.

Right, in this case, what we usually suggest is setting a server-side cron, this ensures your emails are sent quickly and on time without delay.

I can’t set up my own cron to test it.
It has to stay like this for now.
