• Hi. I use this plugin for quite a while now and I was very satisfied with it. But suddenly it stopped sending my newsletter to my subscribers. I’m sure 100% that the problem appeared after the last update of this plugin. Maybe the new version conflicts with other plugin, I really have no idea what is wrong all of a sudden. Thanks in advance.

Did you tried a diagnostic test from the diagnostic panel? Test newsletter are reported as sent but no email arrive? Try to change the enconding to base 64 on main configuration.

I sent a test e-mail with WP and the following appears: “Direct WordPress email NOT sent: ask now your provider to know if you can send emails from your blog or not..”

I sent an e-mail with Newsletter and the following appears: “Newsletter TEXT test email NOT sent: try to change the sender data, remove the return path and the reply to settings.
Newsletter HTML test email NOT sent: try to change the sender data, remove the return path and the reply to settings.
Newsletter both TEXT and HTML test email NOT sent: try to change the sender data, remove the return path and the reply to settings.”

Hi your provider changed something. If the native WordPress email fails, it’s a big problem and that is not connected to the plugin version, since it’s a mail like sent by WordPress.

What should I ask the provider about?

And the thing is that it appears that the newsletter is sent only to the first half of my subscribers, and then nothing, only “sending…”.

Why the “mail()” function of PHP is now returning an error and your blog cannot send email anymore.

Ok thank you. They previously removed back-up from cPanel, because they said many users were making too many back-ups and the servers were flooding. Maybe they changed a feature again, who knows.
