• Hi! I installed Mailpoet yesterday. I tried 4 times to send a newsletter to two different email adress for a test. Only one of the two adress receive it… Each time. What can I do?

  • Hi i have same issue, at popacombr.com , when i test at configuration i received a test email, but qhem submited a newsletter from a list no one receive

    ?? Please let me know if you find a way to make it work! I’ll do the same. (I don’t event received the test email…)

    I can received just test email from interface, when try submit a newslwtter to a member list no one receive, just put my host.

    i check on help and reveiv “pong” from crontab, my host is siteground.com

    Unfortunately, this is a common problem. Please read the Newsletter are not received article in our knowledge base for further information on this topic.

    Please check the spam folder on the mailbox which did not receive the newsletter. It’s likely that it’s in there.

    Also, please read the following user documentation from our knowledge base which may be helpful: Other sending methods.

    If that doesn’t fix the problem, please fill our WordPress forum help form and include the following information:

    • What is the domain name of receiving boxes. Ex.: gmail.com, myoffice.com, etc.
    • What is the sending configuration.
    • Where is your website hosted.
