Hi @wordpresssites, this is indeed an unexpected behavior. In order for our team to investigate further, could you share the link to these 3 posts please?
Also, can you clarify the following:
- Is the Newsletter still not sending any new posts at all?
- If it’s just some of the new posts that aren’t sent, could you share the links for them?
It’s sending now however it sent 7 posts yesterday. Old posts listed here :

Hi @wordpresssites –
The email delivery errors appear unrelated to the newsletter issues. They appear to be caused by spam account creations.

Going back to the newsletter issues, I looked at one of the posts:
https://wpsites.net/wordpress-tutorials/how-to-filter-products-by-attributes-in-woocommerce/
I checked the WordPress REST API:
https://wpsites.net/wp-json/wp/v2/posts/114782
I can see that the post had a published date of
2023-12-29
but a modified date of2024-05-18
. Were the posts that you shared above recently moved from drafts to published?Looks like i modified the date of one of them after Jetpack stopped working. Checking the REST API for some of the others is not the case. I imported FeedBurner emails into WordPress when they shutdown so maybe that explains all the returned email deliveries, not spam accounts. I didn’t know Jetpack had an import function until recently. Looks like its fixed now, not sure how but maybe because i reconnected.
Glad your issue is sorted out now! I’ll mark this thread as resolved. Please let us know if you notice any further irregularities with Jetpack’s newsletter function, or if the email delivery issues persist and you believe they may be connected to Jetpack after all.
https://www.ads-software.com/support/users/lastsplash/ The emails where caused by the use of the WP Mail SMTP plugin with the WordPress Newsletter plugin and importation of Feedburner emails. As soon as i removed the plugins, they stopped. By the way, charging users to import emails from Feedburner into Jetpack is wrong!
