Newsletter not sent to all members of list?

  • Hi,
    I′ve sent 4 or 5 newsletters with Wysija. I noticed that the final count of SENT emails does not match the total subscribers of my list(s).

    For instance yesterday I sent to 2 lists that combined have 993 subscribers, and the newsletter statistics show that it was sent to 632 members only.

    I took the difference (by exporting the total list and the sending log), and right now I′m sending the newsletter again to those 361 subscribers (I′ve created a new list specific for this task). So far in the progress bar it says “61 / 343” so it looks that I have already lost 18 susbcribers.

    Can you advice what′s going on?

    Now it′s getting strange: I′ve confirmed that some of those 361 “apparently not sent to” subscribers, actually received the newsletter in the first sending…

    …but they don′t show up in the 632 “all sent” original list.

    Ideas? Suggestions?

    Hello Pablo,

    I know some of the numbers can look funky during the sending process as they are being moved from the queue table to the stats table, so don’t worry about that.

    Now, maybe some of the subscribers are on both lists ? that could be why you don’t send to 993 user but just the union of both lists 632.
