Newsletter not working

Could you, please, clarify the situation for us a bit?
What exact steps do you take and what result to you observe?

You can even send the page where the popup is, we can subscribe as a test and then you can send a newsletter to us.

How does that sound to you?

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly!

The steps I take are:
1) From the popup builder plugin, I go to the newsletter bit
2) I then select the popup (subscribe to my blog) and fill in all of the fields
3) I then edit the newsletter template accordingly
4) I then click ‘send newsletter’ and I receive confirmation at the top that this has been successful and I receive an automated email saying that all emails have been sent

However, none of my subcribers have received any of these emails, and when I’ve tried to test this by subscribing myself and sending another newsletter, nothing comes through, even days following.

The popup appears after 10 seconds on any of my pages but I’m afraid if you subscribed and I sent another newsletter, nothing would come through to you, as has been happening!

I’ve checked all of the setting and I’ve even changed the email I was using to send the newsletters, however it still doesn’t seem to work.

Please, install the following plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/check-email/

Once installed, please, try sending a test email to yourself. Let us know what happens then.

I’ve tried sending an email using it however I’ve had nothing reach my inbox as of yet. Could this indicate a problem with my settings?
