Newsletter Not working after 3.4.1 Upgrade

The newsletter app works perfectly…until after I upgraded to 3.4.1. Now, I can only send out 8 newsletters before the program stops sending. Plus the “Delivery engine next run” number is this huge, huge negative number and I have no idea what this means. I hit the Trigger Now button and again, only 8 more would send.
I’ve spoken with my hosting provider and no changes were made on their end regarding my settings.
