• I’m using the latest versions of Sendpress + Easy WP SMTP (sending through Website is activated).

All my test emails work from both Easy WP SMTP and Sendpress. I set up a newsletter (new system with a template), click send, pick a test list with 2 emails (I’ve tried marking it as “test” and not), emails go to queue, and then they go to the send history after a while (I’ve also tried forcing the email to send right away) but the emails aren’t actually delivered.

I’m getting the same results using a WP Email Delivery free account (test email is delivered but the newsletter isn’t).

I’ve successfully sent emails through Amazon SES before but we want to use our host provider now.

If you still have WPED set up and want to drop us a line using the contact form at the bottom of our home page, https://www.sendpress.com, we could collect your support info and email addresses you sent the messages to and track down what is happening.

There’s no difference in the test messages vs a real message from a sending standpoint. The send the same way. If the actual newsletter just waited in the queue, that would be different and maybe autocron related. But if it sends and goes to message history it doesn’t make too much sense. We can definitely troubleshoot with WPED so let us know if we can help.
