Newsletter Plugin Composer not loading

Hello,
unfortunately, the composer (newsletter builder) suddenly stops working (remains empty and grayed out).
What could be the reason for this?
Browser Console: Loading mixed active content “https://exampledomain.com/wp-content/plugins/newsletter/emails/tnp-composer/_scripts/newsletter-builder-v2.js?ver=7.2.3” was blocked.
So it seems there is a problem with mixed content?!
