• The ‘Sent to’ count in the status column in the Newsletters tab is showing the wrong count. It says that that were 703 newsletters being sent, but that should be around 750.

    It was always spot-on and now suddenly it’s wrong.

    I’ve looked at the stats at my SMTP provider and there it says about 750 newsletters sent.

    Hope you can explain why and what this is.

    Today I’ve sent a new newsletter. And AGAIN the count wasn’t accurate.
    When I looked closely, the amount of newsletters that should be send was getter lower during the sending process.
    I started out by sending 770 newsletter and after sending 90 newsletters the number has dropt to 757?!?!?

    What is happening here?
    Hasn’t happened before.
    Really hope someone has an answer.

    Make sure to update to the latest version 2.6.17, we’ve fixed that issue on this release.

    Sorry, not resolved!

    After updating and sending a new newsletter I noticed that the number of newsletters is still wrong. 652 sent and the stats say 620!?!?

    Should I remove the plugin and install it again?
    When doing that all my data isn’t lost, is it?

    No, you won’t lose any data if you just deactivate and delete your MailPoet through the Plugins menu.

    Well I was really hoping that the issue with the wrong stats was resolved by updating the plugin. But it didn’t.

    Today I’ve sent a newsletter to 724 addresses.
    The Mailpoet stats say 696!!!

    I use Mandrill and there it shows the right amount.
    I’m still a very happy Mailpoet user, but I really would like to know what is happening.
