Newsletter sign up form plug in

Hi

Wondering if any one can recommend a registration type plugin.
Basically I need something which records users details:
– First name
– Last name
– Email address
etc
And rather than sending it via email to a nominated email address, saves it to a database that’s easily downloadable in CSV format or excel or similar.
