Newsletter subscribe error

    Hi Everyone,

    I am getting an ongoing problem with the Subscribe to newsletter in the elementor build of Neve.

    I am using Mailchimp and have ensured that List ID and API are correct.
    When a user puts in their email address and then hits subscribe, i get a red box come up with [object Object] inside it.
    Yesterday it was undefined.
    I have all the latest updates of wordpress, woocommerce and Neve.

    The thing is that the emails are still sent.
    It is just an issue from a customer perspective that this is occuring.

    any idea’s as to how this could be resolved. ?

  • Hi,

    The only way to get that [object Object] box is if the Mailchimp keys are not properly set. Double check they are correct since for example List ID is called Audience ID in Mailchimp and you need to dig a little for it.
