Newsletter subscription – No plugin out there

  • I am looking for a simple plugin where user can enter their email-adress (best would be a widget) and this mail shall be simply redirected to my mail adress.
    I only saw plugins with MailChimp and other mail programs that I don′t have.

    Idea anyone?
